Blake grew up in Michigan, and went on to earn a degree in Health and Fitness Science — but his education didn’t stop in the classroom. As a pro physique bodybuilder, Blake has lived the discipline, the process, and the results firsthand. He’s also built his expertise alongside chiropractors and physical therapists, giving him a well-rounded, injury-aware approach that sets him apart.
