Heritage Palms is a gated and bundled golf community where membership and golf privileges are included with every home purchase. Our Club is located in Fort Myers, FL off of Six Mile Cypress, between Colonial Boulevard & Daniels Parkway.

Heritage Palms boasts 36 holes of golf designed by Azinger & Lewis. Both the Sabal and Royal courses were recently renovated and are included with membership in the community.

The community consists of 814 acres, including 45 lakes and ponds, and 179 acres of nature preserves which surround our homes and facilities. Heritage Palms comprises 1662 residential units, two newly renovated golf courses, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, eight pickleball courts, four newly constructed Bocce Courts, two resort-style swimming pools, seven community pools, a renovated Clubhouse and Grill Room, and a two-story Activity Center which houses a Cardio and Strength Training Room with 40+ pieces of equipment, an Aerobics Studio, numerous meeting rooms, and a well-stocked library.
