Heritage Palms is a gated and bundled golf community where membership and golf privileges are included with every home purchase. Our Club is located in Fort Myers, FL off of Six Mile Cypress, between Colonial Boulevard & Daniels Parkway.
36 Holes of Golf Included
Heritage Palms boasts 36 holes of golf designed by Azinger & Lewis. Both the Sabal and Royal courses were recently renovated and are included with membership in the community.
Heritage Palms at a Glance
The community consists of 814 acres, including 45 lakes and ponds, and 179 acres of nature preserves which surround our homes and facilities. Heritage Palms comprises 1662 residential units, two newly renovated golf courses, eight lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, two pickleball courts, two resort-style swimming pools, seven community pools, a renovated Clubhouse (reopened in January, 2017), and a newly built Activity Center (opened in April, 2017).
Coming Soon – Oasis Grill, Tiki Bar & Pool
Currently under construction is a new Oasis Grill, Tiki Bar, and Pool complex to replace our current Tiki Bar/Lodge. Expected completion: March, 2025. We are also adding four additional pickleball courts in response to this growing sport.
