Over the summer, Heritage Palms has been giving its website a facelift—and members will soon notice a refreshed look and a new way of finding information.
While the content and information you rely on remain the same, the website’s navigation has been reorganized to make it easier and more intuitive to use. The changes were guided by feedback received through our operational surveys, helping us better understand how members want to access information.
Think of it as the same information, just in a new location. Frequently used resources have been reorganized, menus have been streamlined, and information has been grouped in a way that is intended to make navigating the site more straightforward.
The goal is simple: make it easier for members to find what they need, when they need it.
Take some time to explore the updated Heritage Palms website and become familiar with the new navigation. As always, your feedback helps us continue to improve the way we communicate and provide information to our members.
