Save the Date: “Night at the Disco HPCO Dinner Dance!”
Step back in time! Our annual HPCO Dinner Dance will be on January 31, 2026. The band, menu, and centerpieces are set, and it’s shaping up to rival last year’s wildly successful event.
Guests will be welcomed with a glass of Prosecco, setting the perfect tone for a night of celebration. An exceptional menu will enhance your dining experience. The dance floor will be filled as the band plays classic disco hits from the 60s and 70s. Dust off your vintage attire! Disco dress is encouraged, but not required.
Reservations may be made 30 days in advance. Invite your friends to join in the fun—this is one night you won’t want to miss!
HPCO Employee Assistance / Committee Membership
During the off-season, the HPCO subcommittee carefully reviewed five applications for assistance from HPGCC employees. Of these, four were approved, totaling approximately $10,000.
At the November meeting, Subcommittee Chair Mary Stippich gave a summary of the awards and denials. Following her report, the board voted to grant the Applicant Standing Committee full authority to review, approve or deny applications, and determine award amounts throughout the year.
HPCO 501(c)(3) Status and Committee Membership
The Heritage Palms Charitable Organization, Inc. (HPCO) is a recognized 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit dedicated to supporting the needs of our valued Heritage Palms employees through contributions from our community.
In 2026, the Dinner Dance will be our fundraiser. Looking ahead to 2027, HPCO will again hold both a Golf Tournament and a Dinner Dance, offering more opportunities to come together in support of our mission. Your generosity has a direct impact on the lives of employees who make Heritage Palms the special place we enjoy.
HPCO Board members serve two-year terms. Any HP owner interested in joining the committee and contributing to HPCO’s philanthropic initiatives is encouraged to contact the board president Allan Potechin. In particular, members who could assist with bookkeeping, social media, organizing events, marketing, or helping with events are encouraged to attend our meetings the 3rd Friday of the month at 3:00pm.
