A New Year, A New You!

The Fitness & Wellness Committee has been busy this past fall bringing our members many exciting speakers geared toward improving health and promoting wellness. We’ll continue through May with topics requested by our members. Registration is encouraged, and will be available online one month prior to an event, but walk-ins are always welcome. All sessions take place in the Activity Center.

The need for blood donations in our community is great! Please consider donating on one or both of the following dates: February 17 and April 14.
