The Architectural Review Committee (ARC) says “yes” to single family home owners, with the appropriate ARC application. However, only neutral colors are permitted.
The ARC advises that you get a knowledgeable professional to do your job, otherwise you will experience frequent peeling and chipping that may look worse than your faded driveway.
You may also stain your driveway with ARC approval.
Should you seal your driveway, you may do so without ARC approval. However, if you add a stain to the sealant, that will require ARC approval.
